Shipping & Export

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to any country that allows the import of reptiles. Our frequent destinations include USA, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and most EU countries. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
How long does the process take?
Our expedited process typically takes 2-3 weeks. This includes priority processing of the CITES Export Permit (approx. 7-10 business days), mandatory quarantine, health inspection, and flight booking. Appendix I species may require additional time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, due to the high fixed costs of export documentation and freight, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is typically $1,500 USD per shipment. However, exceptions are made for high-value single specimens like Aldabra or Angonoka tortoises.

Legality & Permits

Is this official and authentic?
Absolutely. Every tortoise sold is guaranteed 100% authentic Captive Bred (CB) stock from our facility or verified partner farms. We provide official CITES documents issued directly by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, guaranteeing that your purchase is legal, ethical, and fully traceable. We strictly do not trade wild-caught animals.
Are your tortoises legal?
100%. All our tortoises are Captive Bred (CB) at our facility or partner farms. We strictly do not trade wild-caught animals. Every export comes with an official CITES Export Permit issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
Do I need an Import Permit?

This depends on your country's regulations. For USA, Appendix II species usually do not require an import permit. For many Asian and EU countries, an Import Permit is required.

Health & Warranty

What if the animal arrives dead (DOA)?
We offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. In the unlikely event of a mortality during transit, we provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement in the next shipment. You must provide a clear unboxing video within 2 hours of arrival/pickup.
Are the animals healthy?
Yes. Every animal undergoes a strict quarantine period before export. They are inspected by government veterinarians for external parasites and general health. We only ship animals that are eating well and active.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We strictly accept payments via International Bank Transfer (T/T) or money transfer services that deposit directly into our bank account.
What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve animals and start the permit process. The remaining 50% balance plus shipping costs must be cleared before the flight date.
