Hassle-Free Import

Broker Services

The premium solution for clients without import permits or for handling high-security Appendix I shipments.

When to Use a Broker?

Importing exotic animals involves complex regulations. A licensed broker acts as your legal representative to handle customs clearance, ensuring a risk-free arrival.

Critical Warning: Avoid Confiscation

International wildlife regulations are unforgiving. Attempting to clear customs personally without specific knowledge often results in shipment rejection, indefinite delays, or immediate confiscation due to minor paperwork errors. Using a broker is not just a convenience—it is your insurance policy to protect your valuable investment.

No Import Permit

Most countries require an Import Permit for CITES animals. Obtaining this as a private individual can be difficult or impossible. A broker uses their commercial license to legally import the animal on your behalf.

Appendix I Species

Species like Radiated, Galapagos, and Angonoka require strict CITES Import Permits. Brokers specialize in these high-level clearances, handling the rigorous paperwork that authorities demand for protected species.

Door-to-Door Service

The broker's agent in your country handles all customs procedures and arranges the final domestic delivery straight to your home address, saving you time and hassle.

Risk Mitigation

Mistakes in paperwork can lead to confiscation. Brokers ensure all documents (Invoice, Packing List, Health Cert) match local regulations perfectly, protecting your investment.
