Our expedited process typically takes just 2-3 weeks from selection to arrival, ensuring minimal wait times for your new pet. Proses kilat kami biasanya hanya memakan waktu 2-3 minggu dari pemilihan hingga kedatangan, memastikan waktu tunggu minimal untuk hewan peliharaan baru Anda.

Step 01

Selection & ReservationPemilihan & Reservasi

Choose your specific animal(s) via photos or video call. Once selected, we issue a Proforma Invoice. Pilih hewan spesifik Anda melalui foto atau panggilan video. Setelah dipilih, kami menerbitkan Proforma Invoice.

Action: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the animal and begin the permit application process. Tindakan: Deposit 50% diperlukan untuk memesan hewan dan memulai proses pengajuan izin.

Document ProcessingPemrosesan Dokumen

We prioritize your application for the Indonesian CITES Export Permit through our express channel. Kami memprioritaskan aplikasi Anda untuk Izin Ekspor CITES Indonesia melalui jalur ekspres kami.

Timeline: Fast-tracked to 7-10 business days. During this time, your tortoise remains in our care at no extra cost. Waktu: Dipercepat menjadi 7-10 hari kerja. Selama waktu ini, kura-kura Anda tetap dalam perawatan kami tanpa biaya tambahan.

Step 03

Quarantine & Health CheckKarantina & Cek Kesehatan

Animals undergo mandatory quarantine. A government-certified veterinarian inspects them and issues a Health Certificate. Hewan menjalani karantina wajib. Dokter hewan bersertifikat pemerintah memeriksa mereka dan menerbitkan Sertifikat Kesehatan.

Step 04

Booking & Final PaymentPemesanan & Pembayaran Akhir

Once permits are ready, we book a flight space on a live-animal approved carrier. We send you the Airway Bill (AWB) draft. Setelah izin siap, kami memesan ruang kargo di maskapai yang disetujui untuk hewan hidup. Kami mengirimkan draf Airway Bill (AWB) kepada Anda.

Action: The remaining 50% balance + shipping costs must be paid before the flight date. Tindakan: Sisa pembayaran 50% + biaya pengiriman harus dibayar sebelum tanggal penerbangan.

Step 05

Arrival & ClearanceKedatangan & Bea Cukai

We pack animals in IATA-compliant wooden crates. Upon arrival at your airport, you (or your broker) present the documents to clear customs. Kami mengemas hewan dalam peti kayu standar IATA. Setibanya di bandara Anda, Anda (atau broker Anda) menyerahkan dokumen untuk bea cukai.

Every shipment includes a complete set of legal documents required for international wildlife trade. These are affixed to the shipping crate. Do I need an Import Permit?

It depends on your country. USA does not require CITES import permits for Appendix II. EU, Japan, and China usually require you to apply for an Import Permit using our Export Permit copy.

Don't have an import permit? You can use a designated broker. Tidak punya izin impor? Anda bisa menggunakan broker yang ditunjuk.
